EIA Consultancy and Mentoring Service

EIA has launched a consultancy and mentoring service for ESSA, AEO and AEV members, enabling them to benefit from the expertise and experience of a number of industry professionals.

Companies looking for a mentor, consultant, non-executive director or chairman, can use EIA to explore possibilities and make contacts / establish relationships.

Our team of consultants can be hired on one-off, ad-hoc or on a regular basis to help formulate strategic business plans, act as a sounding board, review financial performance, to ask difficult questions or to cut through the crap - essentially to get involved in your business at a variety of levels.

A summary of each consultant's CV follows with further details available at the bottom of each summary.  The going rate for their services is approximately £1,150 plus VAT per day; though each consultant will consider each case on its merits (i.e. their fee could be less in the right circumstances).

15% of the fee will go directly to EIA for administering the service - monies that will be directly allocated to the promotion of our industry.  If you are interested in engaging any of our consultants in your business and wish to discuss options then please email me at tom.treverton@eventsindustryalliance.com or telephone me on 01442 873331. Any discussion will, of course, be handled with the usual confidentiality.
